Nadja is my wonderful roomate in Zurich and one of my closest friends! i am so lucky to know this ray of sunshine!! all my love and kisses!! yes nadja is very tan and i am pale . she noted that my fist (i know i am tense) looks like a white flower on her shoulder. that's what you get from being an office mouse
we adopted nadja as an egli sister!

let's get out to the country

after a super busy morning i ran to the trainstation to catch a train out of the whirlwind to visit my grandma in her new home. i just missed her too much.

this day was so long. and it was great like that. i also had a chance to breathe fresh air, not feel like a total stress ball for a couple of hours and watch the amazing green landscape from the train window. there is nothing like it, i love it so much. it was like a mid-day to evening adventure journey. i even got lost once. i saw cows and apples and lakes.

there was this great thriftstore on the way there that i visited.
i thought about getting this mushroom. then i got all practical and didn't get it. I think i have to travel up there again and get it!

i seem to never grow up

Loeb Vernissage- september 4th!

Family Affairs is part of a special young designer project at Department store Loeb.
The opening is September 4th. from 5.30pm-8.00pm.
me and my mum will be there and would love to see you!

if you go to Loeb on the second level right now in the "Family Affairs" corner is Toujours Toi jewelry and that is because our clothes shippment has not arrived yet! i just hope and pray it will be there for the opening! But in teh meantime there are some TT pieces that were not yet seen in Bern before at Loeb
but in the shop window we are represented. you can check out three outfits there.

today i bought my first playboy magazine. the german version. it has a lot of golden brown, nakes athletes in it but that's not why i bought it. it's for the super cool and manly editorial by Pilipp Müller!

noemie and jonas moved into the 20th! floor of like the only skyscraper in zurich. the view is so amazing and so is the appt!

it made me wanna listen to "The mess wer're in" by PJ Harvey. I think it's because Jonas showed that song to me in the cafe we used to work at together yeeears ago.

wow, today i had one of those days! just so crazy. production.delivery. aaaah!! running around with my laptop in the appt. because i am only getting wirless on the kitchen window ledge. but I also had to scan a lot so i was running between the kitchen and studio all day. i also rubbed my forehead a lot. kind of breathless day. heart beating.
so here at La Stanza the world returned to ok again.
It was actually just beautiful to hang out with these two gorgeous ladies, talk over the music, have prosecco and eat cheese. it was a business meeting but the highlight of the day next to baking pizza for eni my web-genie.

for my birthday I took it easy and really got to enjoy what is here to enjoy! i mean it was sunday.but usually sunday is not sunday for me

today real life kicked in hard! the weeks before a new collection come out is agonizing; time-schedules that are not met..responsibilities...pressure and more pressure...budgets..flights..things that fall through and then sudden amazing things that happen and all of it all the time. and sometimes i am just a bit tired. i feel like staring into tv but but. the boat needs to keep on sailing!
